Fee: �398 for home not exceeding four bedrooms and 120 sq m. 2.Renovation and redesign of house, fee is �1,998 (applies to houses with 4 bedrooms or less. Extra bedrooms are �20/㎡). Fee is based on no extension to existing house. For renovations where there is an extension, separate quote can be provided. 3.Building of a new house, 2% of cost. 4.Annual balancing of five elements & magnetic field. Starts at �398 per year for up to a 4 bed house. Applicable to existing clients only. 5.Annual balancing and advising by birth date. starts at �498. All of the above is based on I Ching knowledge. Prices are applied to Dublin area only, other areas are negotiable.
